We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. We need people to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. If you are a new agent or are serious about becoming an agent, that is great! We have more qualified leads than we can handle. Responsibilities: Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Prospect for new leads to promote new business Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Perform and track daily lead generation and lead follow-up activities in our CRM • Set appointments with potential clients to show properties • Advise and educate your clients on real estate buying or selling • Conduct in-person and virtual consultations • Write, present, and negotiate offer contracts • Attend annual client events Qualifications: A successful and proven sales history is preferred Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Tech savvy Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Show good organizational and time management skills • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Possess strong phone skills About Company: The Needle Group brokered by REAL is committed to delighting and surprising its clients by delivering exceptional service and exceeding their expectations at every step in the transaction.
