What We Are Looking For
The Development Engineer will work on various projects including new product development, cost savings, and product improvements for cable management. Tasks for this role will include project management, product development in CAD, testing, document creation, and team collaboration.

What You Will Do
Perform a variety of routine and non-routine engineering tasks/projects by following defined processes, procedures, and instructions
Create and analyze technical documentation including engineering plans/sketches/drawings, test plans/records, instructions, manuals, reports, etc.
Track and document efforts according to defined corporate policies
Collaborate with engineers and staff
Prepare reports, graphs, and summaries designed to communicate project progress or results
Help with developing proposals for technical projects

What You Will Bring
Required Degree : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
Years of Experience : Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working in a relevant role, preferably focused on Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Part Design, CAD, Injection Molding, Customer interacting, Blueprinting
Co-op experience will be considered towards this minimum
Required: Strong computer skills utilizing MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD (preferably NX or Solidworks)
Travel Requirements: 10-15%
