Job Description

LCG, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to develop and enhance multiple applications in an enterprise environment.

We're looking for software engineers who understand the Internet, follow modern Java, and can apply solutions to a plethora of areas on the project. Our engineering team is working on problems in a number of areas, including modernization, system interfaces, scalability with load and capacity, usability and accessibility upgrades, and refactoring.

The selected candidate will perform design, coding, configuration and unit testing. You'll be working with a team of experienced developers.

Specific knowledge and experience should include

  • Experience in the following technologies: JAVA, JEE, Eclipse or NetBeans IDEs, JSP, SOA,
  • Information Systems or Computer Sciences degree or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • At least 5 years of software experience, both front and back end development experience
  • Experience working with Multi-tier web-based applications, user interfaces and user interaction.
  • Relational databases (Oracle), REST/SOAP Services.
  • Knowledge of XHTML, JSP, JSTL, with CSS styles applied.
  • Experience contributing to and consuming Open Source projects a plus.
  • Excellent Problem Solving, Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills.
  • Good Communication Skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with 1 or more of the following:
  • Re-Architecting legacy applications
  • AWS Stack
  • Automation Testing Tools such as JUnit
  • DevOPS
  • CICD Implementations
  • Linux
