Our Newest Opportunity:
The IAM Security Analyst position requires experience working with and maintaining IAM solutions, performing data analysis of access requirements, executing IAM operational processes and aligning tightly with business needs. Reporting to Director, IT Security, IT IAM Security Analyst will provide direction and guidance to the development, specifications, and communications of the IAM application and architecture, as well as provide technical consultation to IT management and assist in developing plans and direction for the integration of information security requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management user lifecycle processes and experience with an Identity & Access Management/Access Governance solution e.g. SailPoint, Okta etc.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to slice, pivot, evaluate large data
  • Engage with business resources and drive the onboarding process to integrate an application with IAM solutions
  • Identify an application's access security points and oversee the integration of access.
  • Troubleshooting IAM product and application integrated issues such as tuning up aggregation tasks, applications connectivity with IAM tool, IAM reporting issues, etc.
  • Evaluate an application's user-base with the business and determine if the application is a candidate for Role-Based Access Controls
  • Support day-to-day security controls including but not limited to creating access and control, monitoring, security awareness relating to Active Directory, desktop computers, and remote access
  • Maintain security governance and policies for business, groups, products & security access types
  • Identify data and process improvement ideas; contribute to the transformation of the Identity Access Governance function.
  • Understands business and information technology management processes and demonstrates understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
Reporting & Documentation
  • Document standard operating procedures and run books.
  • Participate in development of security plans, risk assessment plans, business continuity plans, incident response plans, and cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Report on security system activity and end user activity audits.
  • Provide supporting data for key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Develop written processes and procedures for service desk personnel to use during routine security ticket handling.
  • Recommended Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT security
  • IAM Technologies and controls knowledge
  • 3+ years technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into clients' infrastructure and applications
  • CISSP, Security +, SANS, ISC2, or other relevant certification
  • Desired, but not Required: Certification in one or more public cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure Cloud
