Royal Manufacturing is seeking an AR Specialist to join its Credit and Collections team.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts by daily review of AR Aging Reports
- Identification of disputed, short paid, or skipped invoices
- Work with all departments to effect timely payment processing and release of held orders
- Collate support for Authorization for Adjustment (AFA) Form request for any account discrepancies
- Provide AR Aging Reports to customers as required
- Escalate all exposure and bad debt concerns to the Credit Manager for action
- Assist in monthly inventory counts
- Special projects as assigned
- Administrative duties as assigned
- All other duties as assigned by the Credit Manager, Controller, or CFO
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associates degree preferred or equivalent education and experience combined
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit/Cash Applications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment helpful
- Strong knowledge of computer applications, especially Outlook and Excel
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Heavy Web-based research and Online Navigation skills required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Macola Progression experience a plus
