Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business. Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management. Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Duties of the role and project:
-There is a shared mailbox that this person would need to help support. The mailbox receives questions on products and more. This person will go through a training but they need to be able to know how to find answers and get things done.
-The specific project is a migration project on archival tools, there will be consistent questions received that the person will need to navigate.
-The team needs someone who can receive a problem, understand the problem and know how to solve it (training is offered but initiative and critical thinking skills are needed).
-This person will be working in various areas and a need for flexibility and being asked to take a variety of work. Someone who can multitask.
-Ability to follow up with others on the team without thinking you are bothering someone, that is a responsibility to escalate and have a drive and initiative.

-QA environment
-Support role/staff where they were more then level 1. Technology Analyst but not necessarily a financial analyst could be a fit.
