Strategy & Execution - Business Execution Consultant

Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Full-Time
Job Description: Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics. Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work. Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations. Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables. Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business. Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business. Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management. Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.


Job Description (post intake call with management team)
Duties of the role and project:
-There is a shared mailbox that this person would need to help support. The mailbox receives questions on products and more. This person will go through a training but they need to be able to know how to find answers and get things done.
-The specific project is a migration project on archival tools, there will be consistent questions received that the person will need to navigate.
-The team needs someone who can receive a problem, understand the problem and know how to solve it (training is offered but initiative and critical thinking skills are needed).
-This person will be working in various areas and a need for flexibility and being asked to take a variety of work. Someone who can multitask.
-Ability to follow up with others on the team without thinking you are bothering someone, that is a responsibility to escalate and have a drive and initiative.
- Tell me about a situation where an issue arose and were able to determine a solution.

Functional Industry Title:
-QA environment
-Support role/staff where they were more then level 1. Technology Analyst but not necessarily a financial analyst could be a fit.
-Even Service industry can be a fit. Initiative is the key.
-Records management, content management is nice to have but within technology (not physical records management)
-Legal review background could be an analytic fit

Year of experienced required:
3+ years of relevant experience but can be flexible.

-Someone comfortable with Technology
-Initiative and problem solving
-Support and process/procedure documentation
-Communication
-Customer support
-Documentum knowledge would be an immediate fit, but that is often hard to find. (this is often found in pharmaceutical and medical)

-We are not seeking an Engineer, do not need a developer, do not need a database analyst

Required Technology Skills:
-MS Office Suite
-Someone who understands Outlook since there is a process of archiving emails
-Visio is a nice to have
-MS Teams experience (general use)

Preferred Industry/Company Experience:
-Financial services, Medical industry offers an understanding of privacy. Regulated environments is a big plus
