Hybris Tech Lead / Dev Lead

Technical/Functional Skills
- Should have a min. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Hybris development
- Solid experience in Microservices, Java and J2EE
- Sound experience in ecommerce domain
- Good knowledge on RDBMS
- Good experience in leading team and delivery
- eCommerce / Retail / Client Domain experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good experience in Agile and DevOps methodology
Roles & Responsibilities
- Should have 8+ years experience and able to lead the global team for delivery and customer management
- Work closely with business and IT manager to understand the requirement on daily basis
- Business requirement analysis, understanding and developing prototypes
- Responsible to work with IT team for design and development of Database, Dashboard, reports, SQL queries and database objects
- Should be able to work in Agile or DevOps methodology
- Work on existing report and come up with suggestion for improvement
- Production Support
- Incident Management
- Support existing system functionality
- Enhancement and development of new features
- Defect analysis and bug fixes
