Responsibilities: Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication • Desire to learn and be knowledgeable about the recruiting industry and the challenges of hiring for our clients Qualifications: Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude Great phone presence with a closer mentality Driven to succeed in sales and in life • College degree preferred but not required • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred but not required • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Competitive attitude | Winning attitude. Must want to be #1. • Exceptional phone, and presentation skills • Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system • Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate, and sell - not easily intimidated • Tactful and willing to work hard • Be committed to lead generation • Hybrid position - training first 90 days will be in person with the owner About Company: Ciprani Consulting was launched out of Linzee Ciprani’s home shortly after she left a position managing one of the top real estate teams in Pennsylvania (2014). Ciprani Consulting was quickly born once several successful local businesses sought Linzee’s help in hiring and training their next administrative assistant.
