Job Summary:
Provide intermediate level customer service/support functions, with an emphasis on telephone contact, answering customer questions about products, price and delivery, taking orders, and expediting orders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Answer customer inquires for all customer types, including our larger, more established customer accounts (verbal, fax or other):
2. Process customer orders, including system and project related requirements, entering orders on the computerized order entry system, and assigning the following:
4.Knowledge of Product to provide basic technical assistance to our customers.
5. Serve as a liaison to regional sales representatives and manufacturer representatives, providing product and customer related information to service our customers.

- Provide proper part numbers
- Provide order status and other pertinent information
- Other duties may be assigned
2. Process customer orders, including system and project related requirements, entering orders on the computerized order entry system, and assigning the following:
- Customer number P.O. number
- Price codes Part numbers/quantity
- Commission terms
4.Knowledge of Product to provide basic technical assistance to our customers.
5. Serve as a liaison to regional sales representatives and manufacturer representatives, providing product and customer related information to service our customers.

Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years previous customer service experience.
