Inventory Specialist

Naples, FL (Onsite) Full-Time
Quality Enterprises is looking for an Inventory Associate to join our team. The Inventory Associate will maintain the company's warehouse inventory, order necessary parts and supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Monitor, maintain, and report on the company's warehouse inventory.
Develop ways to optimize inventory control procedures according to best practices.
Identify shortages by inspecting construction supplies and equipment usage levels.
Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
Report supply levels to management.
Ensure that materials are adequate for all crew needs and project demands.
Assist in a variety of other warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, checking trucks and small tools in and out, and keeping the warehouse stocked with essential parts and equipment at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times by affixing labels to materials and machines, sorting materials, and adhering to all safety protocols.
Notify purchasing agent when supplies need to be replenished, avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
Conduct daily analysis to anticipate future needs.
Assist in equipment and vehicle set up
Required Skills:

Ability to work efficiently in a high-production, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work with limited supervision to complete assigned tasks.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to ensure that materials are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move parts and engines.
Must demonstrate continuous effort to streamline work processes and work cooperatively as a team member.

Education, Experience, Licenses, & Certifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Vista by Viewpoint a plus
Must have current Florida DOT Medical Certificate
Must have valid class E Florida Driver License with acceptable driving record.
