Compensation & Benefits Manager for LTP Home Services Group

We are looking for a pro-active and analytical HR Professional with experience working in an acquisitive organization (PE-backed) where multiple comp plans and benefits plans exist and need to be managed and/or integrated

The Compensation & Benefits Manager will work at the platform level to evaluate and develop strong total compensation plans to attract, retain, and engage new and existing employees across all network companies. . This role will work with the VP of HR to evaluate, develop, implement, and administer competitive benefits programs such as health and welfare, retirement, rewards and recognition programs.

Essential Job Functions:

Lead the strategic design, implementation, communication, and administration of the base salary, bonus, short-term incentive and total cash programs for all network companies.

Conduct salary surveys to determine positions' market value for each job and build pay bands.

Work with IT in the search and implementation of a compensation software that will provide full compensation management automation, including analytics, reporting, and flagging of unaligned compensation structures.

Work in partnership with the VP of HR to undergo annual benefits reviews with the goal of maintaining best in class employee benefits at market value, articulating risks and opportunities, and offering solutions for plan improvement and harmonization.

Manage all activities related to the delivery of health benefits programs for the platform; lead all employee communication, open enrollment, cost management, administration, and problem solving of employee insurance-related issues by leveraging vendors and local HR staff.

Manage FMLA/ADA. W/C & OSHA, LOA, time off at the platform level utilizing established vendors, with the complexity of managing different policies and procedures at each network company, while driving toward full automation, and processes harmonization.

Manage compliance requirements including, but not limited to, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, Form 5500 filings, Workers Compensation, OSHA, nondiscrimination testing, and audits utilizing established vendors.

Partner with the VP of HR and established vendors in the management, acquisitions' harmonization, improvement and employee education with respect to the retirement plans.

Experience/ Education:

10+ years of experience with compensation and benefits plan design, administration, communication, and related change management and technology support. Must include team leadership experience.

Mastery of Excel

BA/BS College degree (Finance, Statistical Analysis) preferred

8-10 years of HR/Benefits Management experience

High degree of analytical capability and ability to present complex information in a streamlined and easy-to-understand format, considering all possible options.
