Donaldson is looking for a full time Leasing Consultant for a residential apartment community located in Silver Spring, MD (The Warwick Apartments). Applicant will be responsible for marketing, outreach, leasing apartments, resident retention, and renewing contracts. We are looking for someone with strong customer service and superior leasing skills. Must have a proven track record of excellent closing skills and have the vision and self-motivation to outreach. Must be able to work weekends and some evening building events. Bilingual (in English and Spanish) is preferred. Tax credit experience is a plus.
