Senior Residential Property Manager

Gaithersburg, MD (Onsite) Full-Time
Hiring for a Residential Property Manager to their growing Company. This person will oversee the company's portfolio of mostly Residential and some Commercial properties. This is a fully involved position to work in the office with the team and also would need to travel to the properties in the area.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate portfolio including, move in/out, vendor management, including all phases of maintenance.

Rental and Marketing experience.

Vendor management, contract negotiation, and enforcement.

Build strong tenant relations through direct communication.

Develop and maintain annual operating budget, review and approve all CAM expense invoices, and monitor the collection of rents to avoid delinquencies.

Prepare detailed monthly financial report for ownership.

Build and maintain good community relations

Supervise maintenance and security.

Perform special projects as needed or directed.

Degree in a related field (Preferred)

5-8 years of demonstrated experience in Property or portfolio Management (Preferred)

LIHTC Certification REQUIRED

Ability to interact with tenants, vendors, patrons, and municipal officials.

Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

Excellent communicator; team oriented with a passion for learning and contributing.

Computer skills: Yardi, Excel, Word, and other Property Management related software.
