If you are a "go-getter" and see the big picture, my client would be interested in your background for the Estimator role. With the ability to help maintain long lasting client relationships, this is a great opportunity to further develop your knowledge!
Qualifications for Estimator Position:

Degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience
Good time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
MEP Estimating knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
Must live in Nebraska

Functions of Estimator Position:

Preparing and Analyzing construction costs
Assisting in negotiation
Provide strong leadership on assigned projects
Schedule work, prepare bids, and change pricing if necessary
Communicate effectively and efficiently with all subcontractors and vendors
Resolve issues in a cost effective way

Estimator  Compensation:
