Estimator - Commercial Construction

Qualifications for Estimator Position:
Degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience
Good time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
MEP Estimating knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
Must live in Nebraska
Functions of Estimator Position:
Preparing and Analyzing construction costs
Assisting in negotiation
Provide strong leadership on assigned projects
Schedule work, prepare bids, and change pricing if necessary
Communicate effectively and efficiently with all subcontractors and vendors
Resolve issues in a cost effective way
Estimator Compensation:
Competitive compensation package based on experience
