Inside Sales Representative

GPAC Plymouth, MN (Onsite) Full-Time
GPAC is partnered with a client company that is searching to bring an  Inside  Sales Representative  to join their growing team. This position will develop and manage relationship with current and potential business customers to help meet their needs and drive product sales.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features and solicit orders.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Use CRM on daily basis to document communication with contacts, process leads and opportunities, and forecast sales
Partner and work collaboratively with Field Account Managers to develop call plans, pursuit strategies, customer relationship management and develop solutions to customer/prospect inquiries

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or Engineering or other related degree
2 years of diversified inside and/or outside sales experience
1 years working with Salesforce, Microsoft or other CRM
Ability to travel 10%-20% domestic as required
