Your Role: What you'll be doing

The Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for the following:

Track and transmit Contract Data Management deliverable/CDRLS/SDRLs

Manage various contracts baselines

Work with various engineering functions to receive data and prepare for delivery under prime contracts

Support contract review

Manage and understand sensitive data handling per the terms of prime contract

Ensure data deliverables are on time and accurate

Ensure sensitive data is protected

Ensure we are compliant with subcontract Confidentiality Agreements

Work with our Suppliers to receive data required for engineering

Work with various contracts and Statements of Work

Team project management support and participation

Your Background: What education and experience you'll need

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2 - 6 years of experience.

Your Background: What skills you'll need

A bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field from an accredited college or university is required.

Experience with Government and/or Commercial Contracting

Experience with Prime Contracts, FAR, DFAR, and Data Rights Assertion List

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including giving presentations

Ability to work effectively independently and within a team

Proactive about solving issues and communicating foreseen risks

Detailed oriented with strong business analytical skills

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Experience with Contract Data Management

Ability to review data integrity against standards

General understanding of supplier Non Disclosure Agreements

Must be able to work overtime to support Contractual deadlines

Summary Salary Range (Colorado Only)

$59,347 - $92,715

Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon a candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.
