Executive Assistant - Repair Systems & information Division

Snap-on Kenosha, WI (Onsite) Full-Time
Snap-on Incorporated is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Corporate Headquarters in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This position provides a wide range of administrative support for the President- Repair Systems. Typical support includes telephone and email management, travel arrangements, managing calendars and scheduling/preparing for meetings.

Perform advanced, diversified and highly confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices
Managing extremely active calendars; monitoring, composing, and responding to correspondence; arranging agendas; managing scheduling; calendaring meetings as requested, often including international participants
Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Consult with the President in determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response
Answer, screen and direct calls to appropriate leaders
Planning and preparation for events and meetings. Duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling, menu planning, sourcing supplies, preparing conference rooms and meeting spaces
Administer, manage, assemble and process recurring reporting/programs on behalf of the President and leadership team
Communicate directly, and on behalf of the President, on matters related to the organization’s initiatives and activities
Manage domestic and international travel: Coordinate and present air/ground travel options in a clear and actionable manner
Assist with travel scheduling/documents
Arrange passport renewals/visas
Monitor and adjust during times of travel interruptions such as weatheror schedule related changes

Create and maintain relationships in the Corporate office
Complete other duties as assigned

3+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support
High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree or higher preferred
Experience with developing, editing, and proofreading communications and presentation materials
Advanced proficiency in email, calendar and telephone executive management/Microsoft Office Suite/video conferencing/business technology support
Strong Microsot Excel experience
Very strong attention to detail
Organizational skills
Very limited travel required
Able to work Monday - Friday and provide 8:00 am - 5:00 pm coverage in person in the office
