Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Logistics company located NE Houston is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team!

Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, critical thinker and comfortable in fast-paced, environment.

Focus includes-

• Receiving payments and apply in accounting system (NetSuite)

• Checking bank reports

• Working with billing team on payment applications

• Work in Excel on customer remittances to apply payments

Top Consideration given to candidates with-

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience

• Strong general accounting knowledge and best practices

• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus!

• Personable, ability to multi-task, self-driven and proven track record of success

• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel knowledge (must know pivot tables and vlookups)
