Customer Service Representative--DOJ

Indianapolis, IN (Onsite) Full-Time

CGS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a large federal agency in a fully remote help-desk role. The ideal candidate will have some customer relation experience, be able to handle data entry and a large amount of phone calls and be able to clear a federal background check in order to gain a federal security clearance.

Job functions will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Assisting individuals with tasks such as password resets, and account set-up
  • Following a script in order to assist individuals visiting the agency website

Required skills, knowledge, and abilities include:

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to clear a federal background check

THE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

  • Prior experience working in a help-desk setting
  • Experience working in the customer service industry
  • Prior federal clearance is preferred
