Outside Sales - B2B IT Services
Outside Sales Representative and Client Manager.
Must have Sales and/or Business Development experience and live in or very close to Orange County CA - Our trade area.
Base salary plus Commission and Recurring Client Management Income
$80,000 - $160,000+
Guardian Networks is a leading provider of IT Support and network services for businesses in Orange County, CA. We are a managed services provider (MSP) for computer systems, servers, workstations, peripherals, network, and cloud services.
This is a business-to-business relationship development position and entails selling a technical solution that every company needs to function. Use your marketing skills to build a book of business and generate recurring income for a long term, stable position. Must have demonstrated ability to explain our services as a solution for non technical executives, close deals and grow with us. The individual is responsible for achieving specified sales targets, following up on prospects, and developing sales towards new clients.
We act as an outsourced IT department, guarding the client's network 24/7. By design, we primarily serve Orange County and neighboring areas, and are seeking representatives with an entrepreneurial inclination to build a sustainable recurring 6 figure income. You should reside in or near Orange County, CA and be comfortable learning new marketing skills as well as going door to door in concentrated high-value business complexes.
General Job Duties:
Ensure client retention via responsive and proactive account management.
Develop knowledge and thorough understanding of all products and services, and apply knowledge to provide appropriate solutions that meets client's business requirements.
Establish and maintain executive level relationships in major functional areas of the customer organization. Utilize the relationships to develop strong revenue growth initiatives.
Specific Job Duties:
Outside business-to-business connections
Follow up on all inbound client inquiries to uncover new and expanding sales opportunities.
Maintain consistent and ongoing contact with end-users and decision makers.
Provide ongoing product feedback from clients.
Maintain awareness of, and participate in all relevant training for new products and capabilities and market them to account base
2 or more years of Sales or Business Development experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to build new relationships and convey our solution.
Basic skills with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must pass a background check.
Must have right-to-work in the U.S.
Ability to always maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Basic skills in negotiating with clients.
Team player who works collaboratively with colleagues and management.
