Randstad Technologies is seeking an experienced Azure API Developer for an contract opportunity in Lenexa, KS. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining APIs for our cloud-based solutions. They will work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality APIs that meet our customers' needs.

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs for our cloud-based solutions using Azure API Management and other Azure services.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand customer needs and requirements.

• Create technical designs, development plans, and estimates for API projects.

• Implement security and compliance measures for API solutions.

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of API solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues and bugs.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Azure API development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Azure API development.

• In depth experience with Azure API Management and other Azure services.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

• Understanding of RESTful API design principles.

• Knowledge of security and compliance standards for API solutions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
