Corporate Properties Group - Quality Assurance Analyst / Business Execution Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst/Business Execution Consultant in Corporate Properties Group (CPG) for our Quality Assurance Program. Quality assurance is the testing of work execution across the CPG division to discern performance against Risk Management goals.
A successful candidate in this role will leverage their real estate experience to promote a strong risk culture including a balanced approach working in cooperation and consultation with CPG business owners and key partners.
This individual will be a self-starter who is execution-oriented with demonstrated experience in a rapidly changing, matrixed environment.
Candidate will communicate professionally and effectively with various levels within the organization, providing relevant data to tell a story and drive business results.
In addition a successful candidate will be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work efforts, prioritizing effectively across competing tasks and deliverables.
In this role, you will:

Collaborate with each process owner to identify, update and maintain key quality assurance controls to evaluate effectiveness.

Execute quality assurance review and analysis on a prescribed frequency.
-
Use established guidelines to identify work samples for review and analysis.
-
Gather necessary documentation and data to perform review.
-
Leverage industry experience, documented procedures and judgement to evaluate quality of work against standards.

Document findings, analyze trends and identify areas of weakness or opportunity.
-
Synthesize findings including relevant data and narrative to effectively communicate results to process owners.
-
Proactively monitor key performance indicators and escalate trends.
-
Lead assessments and conduct root cause analysis to determine enhancements required. Work with respective teams to ensure follow-up and process changes are implemented timely.

Update measures and procedures when process changes are implemented.

Assist in the development of senior management information reporting, and materials for key stakeholders (e.g. regulators, Audit, etc.) as needed.

Cultivate relationships with process owners, managers and peer groups in other business functions.

Partner with representatives from the Control Executive function, Independent Risk Management and Audit as needed.

Develop or participate in education and awareness to reinforce the role of quality assurance across groups.

Support efforts to operationalize and sustain concepts and requirements of the Risk Management Framework throughout Corporate Properties Group.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of Property Management experience with emphasis on building services, maintenance, and asset management

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Experience executing Quality Assurance reviews and providing analysis and recommendations.

Experience overseeing process changes in the business based on Quality Assurance reviews

Experience created Sr. Level Reporting and providing documentation for key stakeholders (e.g. regulators, Audit, etc.)

Support efforts to operationalize and sustain concepts and requirements of the Risk Management Framework throughout Corporate Properties Group.
