Siemens Digital Industries Software Madison, WI (Onsite) Full-Time

The Solutions Consulting team is actively recruiting an experienced PLM Professional to join the NX (Product Engineering Software) Presales group in the Americas zone. Technical expertise with NX CAD and the NX Domain products working within the Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) ecosystem are the core components of the position.

Job Profile/Position Overview

As part of the Presales Solutions Consulting team, participate in the sales process to facilitate sales of NX CAD software as well as other products in the NX Domain. Engage with customers and prospects to gather high level customer business and technical requirements, understand existing information technology infrastructure, and determine customer business needs as part of the sales effort. Utilizing advanced knowledge of customer business needs, engineering and manufacturing processes, industry best practices and competitive differentiation, support product and solution positioning by preparing and delivering demonstrations of the technical capabilities of the proposed solutions to customers using customized and standard material. Speak with authority and be a trusted advisor on our customer’s business issues, and how Siemens DISW can improve their business. Referring to others for information where necessary, select appropriate suites of technology, and develop proposals for customer process improvements which ensure the interoperability and effectiveness of the overall solution within the context of the customer's business. Works on complex issues/projects. Typically works with no supervision and may determine methods and procedures on assignments/projects.

Responsibilities/Tasks

Maintain strong knowledge of the CAD/PLM solution platforms, be able to deliver a demo and technical overview, including discussion of our key features and benefits, services offerings, differentiation, and competitive positioning of the NX software suite and it integrates in the Xcelerator Platform.

•Ability to address most technical questions concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture and general feature / functionality of our platform (NX and Teamcenter).

•Provide timely, prioritized, and complete customer-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and/or Development regarding customer requirements and issues.

• Engage customers on the technical aspects of NX and how it supports the Digital Twin at an early stage of the development process that enable companies to deliver products faster and more efficiently.

•Provide technical support to the Industry Vertical, Country, and midmarket sales teams.

•Part of the Adoption team to ensure customers use the product to its full potential by enabling the users to effectively use to the NX CAD system to its full potential.

•Provide and present benchmarking results as it relates to a customer engagement showing how NX can increase efficiency for the given Proof of Concept.

•Ability to show Industry specific digital threads and how the Xcelerator portfolio will improve their business through product and process innovation.

Minimum Requirements

•4 Year College degree

•Must currently reside in the continental United States

•3 to 5 years of experience in software support or software services (Technical Presales preferred)

•3 to 5 years’ experience in the NX CAD system tool

•Knowledge of Siemens PLM and CAD products required

•Value-based sales skills

•Sales/technical training experience

•Process consulting, and presentation experience in the CAD domain (Technical Presales role preferred)

•Ability to concurrently manage multiple accounts and/or projects.

•Strong technical background and how software solutions address customer business objectives

•Strong preference (not required) for the ability to implement complex software solutions for NX in the Team Center environment

The total cash compensation range for this position is $116,100 to $232,200 with 30% (+/- 10) of this being comprised of an annual incentive target .
