Focus:

Contributes to analysis of business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements of the Digital Signage program within Meeting Technology. Supports the design, build, improvement and integration of infrastructure on Appspace, IPTV and others required to support the business portfolio or infrastructure platform in terms of robustness, scalability, availability and efficiency. Supports initiatives that deliver workable end-to-end infrastructure solutions that enforce to Technology standards.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Performs core technical aspects to supports infrastructure implementations, deployments and technologies related to dynamic infrastructure platforms

  • Participates in current state system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation

  • Supports configuration and implementation deployments

  • Contributes to the creation of technical design/implementation documentation

  • Supports requirements understanding and issue resolution

  • Participates in troubleshooting capacity and availability issues, various moves/adds/changes, server software installation and configuration

  • Participates in test planning and execution - Work with project teams to prepare components for production

  • Provide support for ongoing platform infrastructure availability

  • Works on prioritized/assigned features for ongoing sprints

  • Contribute to the analysis of business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements. - Design, build, enhance and integrate the infrastructure required to support various platforms and our business portfolio

  • Support initiatives that deliver workable end-to-end infrastructure solutions - Participates in test planning and execution

Education & Experience:

  • Up to 4 years of demonstrated experience with systems analysis/programming, incorporating: design methodology, Infrastructure operations support or engineering

  • Experience with a variety of software languages, operating systems, or network protocols

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Experience with digital signage and IPTV cloud solution deployment, designing, troubleshooting, user support, and operational maintenance (Windows/Linux server management, testing, and device patches/upgrades, etc)

  • Understanding of Active Directory, Service Now, IDP, technical infrastructure, network data flows (firewalls, proxies, DHC), etc.

  • Cross-functional project management and collaboration with internal teams and external partners

  • Core understanding of the core tools used in the planning, analyzing, crafting, building, testing, configuring and maintaining of assigned application(s)

  • Core knowledge of platform delivery methodology (Agile, Scrum, Agile XP, TestDriven Development, Waterfall, etc.)

Qualifications

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually bonus benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
