Applications Developer/Salesforce Developer

Job Description:
Our investment banking client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic .NET/Salesforce Developer with financial services experience to join their growing Investor Solutions IT team. They will support the migration from tier current Dynamo CRM platform to Salesforce Financial Cloud. The Administrator will help manage the Salesforce CRM platform and integrated web applications. Experience supporting investor relations teams is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Fully understands Salesforce setup, customization, screen layouts, integrations, and reporting using Financial Services Cloud with the Lightning experience and can teach tips and tricks to clientteam
• Gain a deep understanding of the business and IT processes, logic, and applications supporting the sales and investor relations business functions and translate into Salesforce customizations
• Strong experience with Salesforce, such as designing UIs, creating workflows, setting up fields, data uploads, building inline reporting Expert in Salesforce customization and run them through IT SDLC process
• Experience in accessing Salesforce data via SQL Queries, using SOQL and SOSL
• Experience in automating external data integration with Salesforce using APIs
• Experience in building end to end web applications using .NET/Java, HTML, SOAP/REST API and SQL
• Power BI and/or Tableau build reports from preset views or custom SQL queries, joining multiple data sources, adding Calculated Fields and Parameters to create a visual, interactive experience for business users
• SQL Writing and editing basic queries based on preset views, ability to look at a query to help troubleshoot
• Ability to communicate technical information with colleagues as well as senior management who may not have a technical background, be able to understand what a business user needs and explain that in technical terms to the development team
• Collaborate with power users and partner with other team members to arrive at the best possible solutions to problems presented by the business
• Meticulous attention to detail, ability to compare different datasets, determine how they differ and troubleshoot differences with QA team
• Commitment to data quality and completeness and is willing to perform some various tasks to ensure data accuracy
• Independent work ethic, highly organized and adaptable
