This will involve a range of tasks and responsibilities, including: • Prospecting for clients: You will need to actively seek out potential clients who are interested in buying or selling property. This may involve cold-calling, door-knocking, networking, and other forms of lead generation. • Building relationships with clients: Once you have identified potential clients, you will need to build rapport and establish trust with them. You will need to listen to their needs and preferences, provide expert advice, and guide them through the buying process • Conducting property viewings: You will need to arrange property viewings for potential buyers and provide them with information about the property, including its features, condition, and location. • Negotiating offers: Once a buyer has made an offer on a property, you will need to negotiate the terms of the sale on behalf of your client. This may involve working with other agents, lawyers, and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction. • Closing the deal: You will need to guide your clients through the closing process, which involves finalizing the sale and transferring ownership of the property. This may involve coordinating inspections, appraisals, and title searches, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed. • Continuing education and self-improvement: You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry, and continue to improve your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and education. • As a real estate agent, your responsibilities may vary depending on the specific needs of your clients and the properties you are representing. However, these are some of the most common tasks and responsibilities that you can expect to perform on a regular basis. Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Must be at least 18 years old • High school diploma  • Valid driver's license  • Present yourself in a professional manner  • Must be able to work full-time plus evenings, no exceptions • Ability to work a flexible schedule  • Weekdays and weekend availability is a must  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  • Verbal and written communication skills • Sales experience is plus • Retail customer service experience is a plus • Real Estate license REQUIRED About Company: The Red 1 Realty is rapidly expanding and helping Agents across America build successful careers in Real Estate!
