Business Development and Sales Director:

TechWish, an IT Solutions and Services company with over 100 million in revenue and has experienced tremendous growth and cemented itself as an established and trusted partner to large commercial and non-profit organizations, providing a wide range of IT services. TechWish has a solid platform for rapid growth,and the company is looking to aggressively hire a new Business Development and Sales Director who can contribute to and lead TechWish's exponential growth for the next 20 years. TechWish is seeking highly motivated Business Developers who want to invest their careers with a proven winner.


  • Identifying prospects using our lead generation tool, social media, personal networking and ongoing relationships.

  • Driving the sales process from introductory meetings to business capture, for new clients.

  • Promoting TechWish Services as a trusted IT Staffing and Service Delivery partner and expanding our market share.

  • Delivering exceptional service and cultivating successful long-term client relationships.

  • Working with executive team members to improve service delivery and expand our footprint.


  • Sales Professional with 10+ yrs of overall Sales experience selling Software Services /Staffing Solutions.

  • Ability to quickly generate leads based on prior network/contacts.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Ability to foster relationships and gain trust of new and existing clients.

  • Knowledge of lead generation, CRM and ATS productivity tools and software.

  • Close attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.

  • Fiercely competitive and performance-oriented.

  • High energy, self-starter who takes initiative.

  • Prefer candidates who are local to and have market experience in the DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia areas.
