Sr. HR Analyst - Relationship Partner

Springdale, AR (Onsite) Part-Time
Job Details:This position is expected to provide technical and analytical leadership on projects with a direct focus on Team Member Experience & Data Integrity. A critical focus will be on identifying process improvement opportunities, HR System Enhancements & Issues, Prioritized Projects, Improvement Initiatives, and Large-Scale Re-organization. They are expected to place additional focus and lead in outlining the Training Needs through gathering of Feedback.

This will include defining user requirements, while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are top of class. They will play a significant part in driving efficiency and consistency across support function. This position will focus on ensuring the necessary KPIs and SLAs are met to enable the consistent and efficient delivery of our shared services model to all functions of Tyson Foods. Further responsibilities will include maintaining professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends and delivering results to the customer.

Essential Duties Project Delivery/Process Optimization - 75%
  • Take ownership as the business lead for guiding teams through the delivery of HR projects using Tyson project methodology.
  • Participate in evaluation, reporting, and analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives, recommend solutions, and identify trends to make predictions.
  • Drive process improvement through technology by partnering with outside HR stakeholders to think strategically about new initiatives.
  • Ensure best practices for both process and technology across the team. Identify opportunities for improvement of existing functionality.
  • Develop, use existing, or research new tools that drive efficiency in the delivery of our HR function; Continuously seek opportunities for synergy, improvement, simplification and automation of existing processes, technology, reporting, etc.
  • Provide thought leadership to internal business customers by researching and analyzing data to draw conclusions, identify trends and uncover potential issues. Use this knowledge to develop recommendations.
  • Assist with broader HR Connect initiatives and strategy planning.

Support - 25%
  • Create, maintain, and ensure quality and integrity of key HR support practices and procedures including team member transactional activities, org management master data, recruiting, and talent systems.
  • Collaborate with the functional end users and use the technical resources to design functionality that will satisfy the customer need
  • Ensure that all testing procedures have been carried out as per the predetermined goals
  • Focus on delivering support efforts within established service level agreements to ensure department key performance indicators are met with acting as an escalation partner when critical needs arise that need immediate focus.


Requirements: Education:Experience:
Computer Skills:
  • Advanced computer skills related to HCM systems, Workday specifically.
  • SAP/HR not required but highly valued.
  • Must be highly competent in the use of Excel.


Communication Skills:
Special Skills:
  • Working knowledge of key HR support practices and procedures including team member transactional activities, org management master data, recruiting and talent systems. Expert with process documentation, identifying improvement opportunities and specific measurements to track performance post implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage cross functional projects using the defined Tyson methodology. Understands how to escalate & drive issues to resolution, manage budget, perform resource planning and manage scope.
  • Exceptional technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions; Superior organizational and problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities & deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment; Perseveres to locate necessary data and identify creative solutions to enable project completion; Consistently delivers high-quality, timely work resulting in highly satisfied customers
  • Passion for learning and team player.
