Remote Test Analyst
Description
Project Scope and Brief Description:
Provide test automation and quality assurance testing support (including manual testing as needed) for a highly-productive agile development team
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely across agile teams driving efficiency in the QA process
- Engage with others to help build and maintain test automation frameworks and shared solutions
- Design, document, develop and execute automation test scripts
- Mentor and promote automation and testing competencies in other test engineers and test analysts
- Collaborate closely across agile teams driving efficiency in the QA process
- Engage with others to develop effective solutions for complex problems and validate applications
- Design, document, develop and execute test plans and scripts
- Possess excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience validating and verifying software applications meet stakeholder requirements using UI automation
- Possess technical support capabilities for test automation tools and environments
- Ability to work with test analysts to support and share quality automation initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Design, develop, and support automated UI testing suites using Cucumber, Cypress, and Selenium
Skills/Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in testing all around
- 4+ years of experience in automation testing UI and APIs
- Possess excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience validating and verifying software applications meet stakeholder requirements using UI automation
- Possess technical support capabilities for test automation tools and environments
- Ability to work with test analysts to support and share quality automation initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Design, develop, and support automated UI testing suites using Cucumber, Cypress, and Selenium
