You will also work closely with cross-functional leadership to manage resources, implement process improvements, and participate in cross-channel analyses. Through data-driven insights, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the client’s marketing strategy.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience leading a team with proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python.Strong excel skills (Leveraging features, Pivot Tables, Macros and other advanced functions).Ability to move beyond descriptive analytics and employ more sophisticated techniques (prescriptive analytics and statistical methods).Understanding and familiarity of the marketing and digital media landscape, including nuance within media platforms and technology, SEO, owned social, PR, events, direct marketing, and sales optimization and analytics.Able to learn and work independently and autonomously as an analytics thought leader.Experience with data visualization platforms and BI tools such as Datorama, Tableau, Looker, or DataStudioUnderstanding of marketing mix modeling/econometric analysis and/or other branches of market research (custom survey research, advertising testing or tracking, new product research, etc.)Audience strategy and measurementPrior agency experienceExperience delivering and operationalizing reporting solutions for clients.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences or business/marketing related fields.Advanced degree (MBA/MS) is preferred.10+ years of experience in a quantitative data driven field, media, or other relevant field
Responsibilities
Lead a team responsible for translating data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights, leveraging advanced analytics tactics conducted by central resourcesGenerate and communicate clear, compelling data analysis with actionable insights; construct insightful narratives through sophisticated analytic techniquesProvide cross-agency data and analytic leadership in execution teams across task orders to continuously drive collaboration and consistency across all marketing science resourcesPresent to clients, with the support of the functional specialists, the results of analyses and research projects in a clear and insightful narrative, digestible by a lay personAssisting in the development of audience analytics, through audience & segmentation consistencies, research collaboration and insights extending performance reporting approach for audience insightsHelp develop and understand complex cross-channel marketing measurement plans.Partner and collaborate with other departments to develop consistent and standardized views of marketing performance and reporting.Work with channel partners and analytics leads to connect channel performance insights into program level performance deliverablesEvaluating Evaluate effects on marketing optimizations across different and disparate marketing channels.Communicate deep analytics insights in a client-friendly way to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Compensation Range: $90,000 - $215,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
