Document Validation Specialist

I am currently recruiting for a Document Specialist of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the US. Below are the specs for the role:
Job Title:- Document Specialist
Job Location:- Holy Springs, NC
Job Duration:- 12 Months
Responsibilities:
Performing as an Archivist including:
" Review and storage of records submitted to the records room.
" Issue and reconcile logbooks for the site.
" Assist in filing of EDMS documents.
" Assist in searching, locating, obtaining and distributing documents are records both onsite and offsite.
" Arranging offsite storage of records.
" Processing audit and customer requests.
Minimum Required Qualifications (Must-haves):
1 Pharma experience
2 Degree or equivalent experience
3 Organized and able to manage own time within expectations set
Desired/Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves):
1 Quality background
2 Document management experience
3 Archiving experience
