We are growing! As a result of our growth, we are seeking a Vice President for Growth
Summary of Duties:
This individual will help execute the company's vision, drive business results, and lead strategic growth in a highly competitive environment. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The individual is responsible for developing and executing winning strategies for task order opportunities and must utilize an in-depth understanding of the unique capture and proposal requirements needed to win business on GWACs/IDIQs.
IDIQ Strategy and Leadership

  • Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to achieve and surpass revenue, profit, growth targets, and increase win rates.
  • In collaboration with the CEO and Operational Directors, oversees the development and implementation of growth strategies on the vehicle(s).
  • Develops growth strategies and roadmaps that encompass the full range of Integrity's capabilities, as well as future offerings, offered to our customers.
  • Collaborates with Operational Directors, and/or Program Managers to gather the information and data required to develop task order win strategies.
  • Researches companies, identify partners, cultivates new and existing teaming relationships, and manages teaming partner relationships.
  • Support business intelligence and market analysis pertaining to IDIQ/GWAC vehicles as well as other opportunities
  • Analyze, maintain, and present metrics to assist with vehicle trends and pipeline development

Task Order Capture, Bid, and Proposal

Research and Pipeline Development
  • Drives for results and delivers on new business growth goals and win rates.
  • Participates with account leadership in customer contacts and assesses and reports competitor capabilities.
  • Identifies and qualifies task order opportunity leads; brief senior leadership on qualifications.
  • Tracks opportunities post-submission, which may include interfacing with Government customers.

Proposal Development
  • Active "hands-on” manager in capture and proposal development
  • Coordinates teams of resources throughout the entire proposal lifecycle
  • Prepares for and supports kick-off meetings and color review sessions
  • Supports the analyses of the RFP/RFQ requirements and prepares outlines for the Volumes based on the Section L and M requirements
  • Develops master templates for each required Volume/Book and maintains version control
  • Schedules win theme/story board meetings and works with team to develop win themes
  • Ensures proposal compliance and performs quality control
  • Leads the production efforts for timely submission
  • Develops and coordinates proposal schedules

Relationship Management
  • Ensures outstanding communication and coordination with internal/external proposal stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain GWAC partner ecosystem
  • Demonstrates capability to develop robust Client team; able to identify, attract, and retain high quality people of diverse backgrounds who bring along other high-quality people to build an exceptional organization.

  • Shipley training or equivalent/similar
  • SharePoint portal experience
