Account Development Representative

Lumavate Carmel, IN (Onsite) Full-Time

An Account Development Representative (ADR) is responsible for generating new sales opportunities in the commercial, mid-market, and enterprise companies through outbound prospecting efforts and responding to inbounds with the goal of securing meetings with decision makers in ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts. An ADR partners with the CEO to work new logo sales opportunities in the commercial and mid-market segment from the first meeting to contract close. An ADR is expected to be an expert in conveying our value proposition, utilizing multiple channels to conduct outreach, and identifying potential sales opportunities within ICP accounts. 

A successful ADR meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly meeting and sales targets. To thrive in this role, you must be a self-starter, goal-oriented, have the ability to create a pipeline of opportunities, and be highly receptive to coaching from our experienced leaders. 


  • Prospect into decision makers in ICP accounts in your assigned territory using a variety of channels including email, phone, personalized video, direct mail, chat, social media, etc.
  • Conduct research into target accounts and contacts to identify personalization opportunities.
  • Secure meetings with ICP accounts that convert to qualified opportunities to fill our sales pipeline in the commercial, mid-market, and enterprise segments.  
  • Drive commercial and mid-market new logo acquisition by working together with the CEO on sales opportunities generated by your prospecting efforts or marketing generated inbounds in your assigned territory. 
  • Become a product expert on the Lumavate Platform and be able to conduct your own product demos on a daily basis.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all prospecting activities in Salesforce. 
  • Successfully leverage sales tools (i.e. Salesforce, Slack, Gong, Intercom, etc.) to meet or exceed your targets.  
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly meeting and sales targets. 


  • 2+ years of experience or bachelor’s degree in business.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid change environment.
  • Growth mindset with a strong desire to learn, improve, and contribute. 
  • Highly receptive to coaching and real-time feedback.
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills. 
  • Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, operates with a sense of urgency, and believes in working hard and having fun.
  • Comfortable working in a fully-remote environment. This is a full-time, remote position and all team members must be based in the United States.
