EXTERIORMAX is a rapidly growing, 100% Employee-Owned exterior remodeling company based out of Greenbelt, Maryland. With our rapid growth, EXTERIORMAX is in search of a select few highly motivated, disciplined, results-driven Marketing Associates to join our Team. 

Compensation:

  • $41,000 salary + commission + bonuses ($100,000-$150,000 first year earnings expectancy)

Marketing Associate Roles & Responsibilities

  • Procuring daily business using our proven lead-generation technique  
  • Attend daily meetings
  • Maintaining professionalism to provide the best customer service experience

Marketing Associate Requirements 

  • Valid Driver's License (not required, but a plus!) 
  • Ability to work well outdoors through each season
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • 1+ years of customer service or sales/marketing experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Capable of documenting and inputting important information into our database
