As our star manager you will be responsible for ensuring company standards with great guest experience, atmosphere and food.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Select and Train employees

• Maintain food quality

• Preserve store presentation through daily inspection

• Create great guest experience with staff coaching and mentoring

• Communication clearly and supportively to staff

• Toast POS knowledge a plus

Requirements: Applicants should have a minimum 2 years restaurant management experience. Possess the ability to multi task and determine where they are needed the most at any given time. Must be able to work a varied schedule and have fun working it.

Compensation based on experience.
