CDL A Reefer Drivers - OTR

Company Drivers (Solo): Reefer Bi-Weekly or Tri-weekly:

  • $0.70/CPM On Dry van W-2 All Miles Paid
  • $0.02 CPM safety bonus (monthly)
  • $0.01 CPM seniority bonus after each year
  • $35 extra stop.
  • $25/hr after 2 hours detention pay, up to $200
  • $200/day layover or breakdown
  • Up to 3,000 miles per week (may vary)
  • Mid-west and East Cost
  • Health, Dental, Life, Disability, & Vision Insurance, 401(k) Available
  • Passengers allowed
  • Pet policy available
  • 24/7 dispatch support
  • Dry van freight
  • Trucks equipped with inverters & fridges
  • 1 week PTO at one 1 Year with the company ($1,000 for PTO week)
  • Samsara ELD
  • 68 MPH on the floor & 70 MPH on cruise
  • Paid weekly
  • 1 to 2 day paid orientation ($70/ day)
  • Tractor will be assigned at time of hiring from available Co. inventory
  • 2020+ Freightliner, Volvo & Peterbilt Trucks
  • 3-4 days at home on bi-weekly
  • 4-5 day at home on tri-weekly
    Requirements:
    • Valid CDL-A required.
    • 1+ Years Experience
    • 23+ Years Old
