Production Analyst
OVERALL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Individual must be capable of performing all of the following job duties as requiredMust be able to communicate well with others and understand team conceptMust understand and follow all GMP's for producing quality productMust be able to follow and understand production scheduleMust be able to follow all OSHA and Plant safety rulesMust be able to understand Daily Direction Setting Metrics and roles impact on themMust have a working knowledge of Excel SpreadsheetsMust be able to provide knowledge, experience, motivation, and support to team membersMust be able to assist in processing and packaging with duties such asRecording and tracking lot numbers and production ticketsConducting efficient/timely tag auditsMust be able to support continuous improvement efforts to improve quality of service and increase safety and efficiency of warehouse operationsMust have MRP knowledge, along with the ability to analyze production reports/data, along with following up on corrective actions as neededMust be able to be ensure materials transfer procedures and documentation procedures are followedMust be able to be trained to: Manage Shop Orders (SO)Create and update SOsReview and update SOs from the prior dayReconcile inventory between issued inventoryThe BPCS Process (HAG 48/74/95)Audit SOs during production Verify Room AuditsMust print production paperwork needed for the next day Must be able to complete Cycle CountsMust be able to print Picklist (HAG71)Must be able to generate and analyze reports:Yield Attainment /Adherence/Absorption PerformanceMust be able to create Shift Handoff Report (Turnover)Lead Cycle Count Program for FacilityMust be able to work in climate-controlled area (-20 degrees)Must be able to work at elevated levels (working platform)Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 poundsMust be able to be trained to key enter information into data systemsOther duties as assignedSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Excellent communication and problem solving skills.Candidate must be self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with a diverse group of people, departments and all levels of management.High energy level with a demonstrated passion toward driving continuous improvement.Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision or guidance.Solid decision making skills with ability to recognize boundaries and seek assistance when needed. High level of integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
