Kritt Real Estate is a real estate company that does business completely differently from all other mortgage companies, and it virtually guarantees you two things:

• You will earn significantly more money than you could work for any other real estate company
As a real estate salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads through proactive prospecting activities, setting appointments, taking listings, servicing buyers, putting houses under contract, and closing the deal.
No prior real estate experience is needed. We are ready to build up a highly motivated agent into a top producer. You must have a real estate license prior to joining and becoming a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Austin Board of Realtors. Kritt Real Estate provides direct 1-on-1 guidance with the broker to develop your lasting success in the real estate industry.
With an expected ability to earn in the range of $100,000-$120,000 within your first year, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss. If you are a hard-working and dedicated individual looking to build a career in the real estate industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Always strive to develop a spirit of fortitude and fearlessness
• Generate leads every day through proactive sources of business
• Set listing appointments from self-generated leads and take listings
• Market properties for sale
• Continuously master sales scripts, dialogues, and presentations
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Real Estate License
Great communication and social skills
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Humble and coachable
