We will Train, Mentor, and Coach you the entire way Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction Qualifications: • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Strong work ethic, be willing to put in the work to win • Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (your mentor does not succeed unless you do) • Must be able to pass a criminal background check • Willing to get an insurance license • Be motivated!
