Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist - Licensed

We’re rapidly expanding and we’re looking for an experienced real estate agent to help play a key role in our brokerage. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities:
Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent
Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again

Qualifications:
Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must possess a real estate license
Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car
