Job Description Technology and Operations Services (TOS) Risk & Compliance Management (#TOSRCM) is seeking a Technology Risk Analyst to join our team. This role will be focused on vetting, analysis, and validation of Technology Services issues and customer harm events. Daily activities include triage of potential risk items, detailed review of issue documentation, presentation of analysis and validation results to senior leadership, and leading collaborative vetting sessions with business line stakeholders and other Risk Management teams. Success in this role will be predicated on the ability to fulfill required deliverables in a timely manner while creatively driving process improvements in a dynamic environment. Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically more than six years of applicable experience Preferred Skills/Experience
• Risk and/or business experience with technology solutions including in-depth knowledge of technology processes and inherent risks
• Application of technology risk fundamentals to unique scenarios and prioritization of multiple workstreams to produce timely, reportable results
• Refined communication skills and ability to quickly distill complex detail into concise, actionable steps
• Established knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies, including validation and testing techniques
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel including ability to interpret data, analyze results, and drive risk-based decisions and assurance
• Drive, determination, and resolve to manage competing and evolving priorities
• Familiarity with either Archer or similar GRC systems
• This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
