Apartment Maintenance Technician

Aerotek Blue Ash, OH (On Site) Full-Time


Communicate and follow up with the Property Manager about maintenance concerns and the status of work orders Assist with sewer, water and electric Assist Project Manager in contracting vendors and taking bids for special project Paint, clean, and repair all vacant units within a timely and impeccable manner Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices Ensure that maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment are always stocked and available Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
