Primary Task Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Requirement Definition baseline activities for ongoing projects at the Mobile Manufacturing Facility.
- Lead integrated team weekly meetings for your respective scope.
- Develop, harmonize, maintain and update Schedules for each phase of the project for the identified Work Streams.
- Manage the integration of the business requirements schedules and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule and across other projects and activities.
- Identify and report Issues and Risks with mitigation plans
- Ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables in each requirement phase.
- Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes
- Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timeline.
- Lead change-management activities, including baseline deviations for a given portfolio of changes.
- Ensure timely presentation of the changes to the Technical Review Board for conclusive disposition at various stages of the process.
- Prepare information summarizing costs of each change for the Technical Review Board.
- Actively monitor and report the progress at all stages of a change's life-cycle.
