Primary Task Responsibilities:
  • Lead Business Requirement Definition baseline activities for ongoing projects at the Mobile Manufacturing Facility.
  • Lead integrated team weekly meetings for your respective scope.
  • Develop, harmonize, maintain and update Schedules for each phase of the project for the identified Work Streams.
  • Manage the integration of the business requirements schedules and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule and across other projects and activities.
  • Identify and report Issues and Risks with mitigation plans
  • Ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables in each requirement phase.
  • Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes
  • Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timeline.
  • Lead change-management activities, including baseline deviations for a given portfolio of changes.
  • Ensure timely presentation of the changes to the Technical Review Board for conclusive disposition at various stages of the process.
  • Prepare information summarizing costs of each change for the Technical Review Board.
  • Actively monitor and report the progress at all stages of a change's life-cycle.
