Job Description:
We're looking for a smart, entrepreneurial Summer Analyst to support Blackstone's production team. The ideal candidate has a passion for cinematography, content creation, video editing, animation and coordinating productions.
Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling video shoots, presentations, and broadcasts
Working with producers to ensure shoots are properly resourced with equipment and crew
Teaming up with postproduction team members to source music and stock footage for video projects
Assisting crew members on set with camera, audio and lighting equipment
Organizing footage and archival elements within the Adobe suite
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management and planning skills
Skilled storyteller who has a passion for communicating and distilling complex topics
Team oriented and comfortable interacting with all levels of management
Knowledge of video production practices, techniques, and procedures
Additional knowledge of photo or event production a plus
Documentary production experience is a plus
Requirements :
To be considered for the 2023 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2023 - Spring 2024
Resume must include expected graduation month / year and GPA

Expected annual base salary range:
$60,000 - $70,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
