Provides general leadership and direction in designing and implementing overall strategic strategies that drive net revenue across all business units and product lines.




  • Leadership role, reporting to Vice President, US Strategy, Digital, and Analytics
  • Partner with US BUs to establish a best-in-class pricing capability that drives significant value for the business
  • General management / Sales / Marketing leadership track role
  • Partner and advise to realize effective pricing and promotion strategies to increase Net Revenue, in partnership with Commercial (Sales, Marketing) and Finance leadership
  • Holistic view of pricing value creation including list pricing, pack / price architecture, mix management, discounting (including loyalty program) and promotions, major account and distributor partnership terms and contracts
  • Build organizational capabilities
  • Build and embed frameworks, competencies and methodologies across the organization. Lead a significant culture change within the organization so that the discipline is embedded within all relevant functions.
  • Develop tools to support analytics, KPI reporting to track progress, competitive intelligence
  • Entrench analytic approaches into decision-making and planning processes

  • Significant experience (5+ years) working in commercial functions (sales, marketing, brand management) or in commercial function support role
  • Experience and facility with strategic pricing concepts and analytics
  • Experience building and leading teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • MBA preferred




  • Strategic quantitative modeling and problem-solving and ability to drive creative solutions in a complex environment
  • Superior understanding of predictive modeling, pricing analytics, and pricing strategy
  • Certified Pricing Professional credential is HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Proficiency in SQL querying, building predictive models in Python or R, and Tableau is REQUIRED
  • Strong leadership skills - ability to work across functions to drive to decisions and business outcomes; ability to manage a team under direct and indirect authority
  • Strong negotiations skills with the ability to set-up and facilitate, at times, difficult discussions.
  • Understanding of consumer and B2B pricing concepts and analytics required, knowledge of agri-marketing a plus
  • Familiarity with customer and product segmentation approaches
  • Understanding of relevant accounting principles and their implications on Gross to Net calculations and reporting
  • Ability to simultaneously manage and provide leadership on multiple projects, demonstrated ability to work in high performance teams
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships with senior members of the business and finance teams
  • Hi-level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
