We are hiring for an administrative assistant who genuinely desires to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. The right candidate will jump at the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration Demonstrate exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions, and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates Take care of all agents’ business administration responsibilities so agents can focus their attention to lead generation, listing and showing properties, and negotiating contracts Build our brand through website management, social media, marketing material creation and distribution, and events • Manage and assist clients with monthly rewards and also quarterly event management and organization • Responsible for following a social media plan as well as creating content for all platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube. This can be taught if needed • Aid ownership group with rental properties including Long Term and Short Term (AirBNB in the local market) Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and basic web-based applications Excellent customer service, time management, organization, and communication skills Experience in the real estate industry is a plus This position requires some evening and weekend work • Positive attitude • Strong computer skills (Google suites, CRM, etc), ability to navigate web-based systems • Detail-oriented • Team player • Honest, straightforward, and ethical • Problem solver and creative thinker • Fact and task-oriented • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments • Ability and desire to take initiative to solve problems and create systems and handle working within a fast pace environment where the day-to-day changes About Company: The Mark Ryan Group was founded in 2003 and has had a team concept from the very start.
