Title: Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement Lead
Collaborate with Alta Enterprise and WGL Utility Customer Experience to co-create and implement a Lean Management Structure and build Continuous Improvement capabilities required to transform the business and effectively.
Learn and Understand core strategic Utility Operations and Customer Experience needs, customer expectations and regulatory requirements to support development and implementation of Transformation and Continuous Improvement plans that supports increase productivity, proficiency, utilization, and automation to drive efficient operations and reduce overhead.
Identify and implement Transformation Technology and Process Innovation Projects and Initiatives to continuously improve the effectiveness of Utility Operations working with key stakeholders and leaders across the enterprise and Utility Operations.
Lead and Support cross-functional teams across Enterprise and Customer Experience on their continuous improvement journey by guiding them through an understanding of Lean /Six-Sigma concepts, business process reengineering, Kaizen events and other process improvements methods. This includes a "Gemba First approach to their work that can be measured by specific metrics and outcomes.
Drive adoption of Lean Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma including KPI definition and standardization principles for Utility Operations, Digital Technology, HR, and other Support Services.
Provide support and coaching advice to executives, people managers and employees at all levels to help them instill continuous improvement and process management in their teams.
Lead Transformation projects, initiatives and change management work streams.
Supporting development of change management and communications relevant to transformation project and initiatives.
Define success metrics and measuring performance for Enterprise and Utility Operations Transformation.
Expert knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN, Business Process Management, and Business Process Reengineering Experience driving significant technology and process innovation within a large organization.
Experience with waterfall and agile project management in technology and process innovation.
Experience with PROSCI Change Management Model in the implementation of process and technology innovation .

10+ years of experience in Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement. Certified Lean Sigma Black Belt (ASQ) Required.
5 years' experience in PMO, Program or Project Management is preferred. Certified PMP (PMI) Preferred.
5 years' experience with Change Management. Certified Change Management Practitioner (PROSCI) Preferred
Strong Agile, Scrum methodology experience. Certified Scrum Master Preferred.
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree.
