Responsible for the management, installation, configuration, administration & maintenance of servers and desktops. Hands-on management of all IT systems & infrastructure to ensure a high quality of service. Timely diagnosis & effective resolution of problems with servers, workstations, networks and associated IT systems. Administration of all back-up and restore processes. Monitor system performance and implement regular performance tuning. Pro-active identification of areas of strategic improvement of the IT systems. Initial documentation & analysis of existing network and computing architecture. Maintain concise documentation of all hardware & software configuration, and network architecture. Support the installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of network services, equipment and devices. Manage and engage with third party suppliers as required. Comply with all corporate policies & guidelines. Interact and coordinate with members of other teams.
