Job Description

Overview:
Four individuals are seeking a caring, reliable and devoted LPN/RN to assist in providing a positive, safe and clean environment designed to meet the specific medical and direct care needs of the individuals residing in the home.

Responsibities:
Assist individual(s) with their nursing care needs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must:

  • Have a LPN or RN License with at least one year of work experience
  • Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • A high school Diploma
  • A valid US Driver License
  • An acceptable Criminal Background Investigation
  • An acceptable drug screen
  • An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (no more than 3 points on record)
  • A passing score on the Medication Administration Pre Test (completed at the time of interview)
  • Be willing to complete Medication Administration 20 hour training course upon hire
