Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly About Company: The culture and dynamic at the Tom Toole Sales Group at RE/MAX Main Line are built upon teamwork, service, integrity, professionalism, and drive.
